This serves as a precendent, as GDP was making models sign a release form. What they did not specify was where the content was going to be public. However, they knew they were getting paid for sex and it was not sex exploitation. It was prostitution. However, the girls and their lawyers who have made millions of dollars now threaten websites like BoobsRealm, who was an affiliate of GDP back in the day.
In the future any girl would be able to do porn then when her family finds out just blame the producer and sue. One of the girls that sued GDP stated that she was traumatized. however, that girl returned after for another scene.
